背景Context

随着自然相关风险成为全球监管与市场关注的核心议题，国内外对自然相关信息披露的要求持续强化。联合国《生物多样性公约》通过的全球目标明确要求企业与金融机构定期监测、评估并披露其对生物多样性的风险、依赖性和影响。国际层面，自然相关财务信息披露工作组（TNFD）已构建系统性框架，推动企业战略与风险管理中对自然因素的考量与融合；国内《企业可持续披露准则》的出台进一步加速这一进程。

在此背景下，世界自然基金会（瑞士）北京代表处、北京绿研公益发展中心和北京绿色金融与可持续发展研究院将于2025年6月16日14:00-18:00共同举办“2025企业自然相关信息披露实践交流会”。本次会议将邀请来自TNFD工作组、国内外企业、金融机构、国际组织、智库等多利益相关方，通过框架解读、动态分享、案例讨论等形式，支持企业和金融机构等各利益相关方加深对TNFD框架的了解和实践。

As nature-related risks rise to prominence in global regulatory and market agendas, disclosure requirements continue to intensify worldwide. The adoption of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity’s (CBD) global targets now mandates businesses and financial institutions to regularly monitor, assess, and disclose their biodiversity-related risks, dependencies, and impacts. Internationally, the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) has developed a comprehensive framework to integrate natural capital into corporate strategy and risk management. Domestically, the introduction of China’s Corporate Sustainability Disclosure Guidelines is further accelerating this transition. 

To facilitate a better understanding and practices of nature-related disclosure among corporates and financial institiutions, Greenovation Hub, in collaboration with WWF Beijing Office and Institute of Finance and Sustainability,  will deliver a seminar in Beijing and online from 14:00 to 18:00 on June 16, 2025. Experts and practitioners from the TNFD taskforce, corporates, financial institutions, international organisations, think tanks, and other stakeholders will be invited to share insights and experience. Participants will have a chance to apply the LEAP assessment during group exercise.
