为强化金融机构对于混合融资的理解，“一带一路”绿色投资原则（GIP）第三工作组主办拟于9月1日下午举办线上研讨会，围绕混合融资的最新趋势、核心机制与实践案例展开深入交流。同时，与会嘉宾还将探讨当前实践中面临的挑战与突破口，共同思考如何通过混合融资为绿色投资注入更大活力，推动可持续金融在“一带一路”沿线实现更广泛的落地与应用。

Blended finance has emerged as one of the most innovative approaches in the field of sustainable finance and international development. By leveraging public or philanthropic resources as catalytic capital, it helps share risks and unlock larger flows of private sector investment in sustainable development. This approach is particularly relevant in emerging markets, where investors often face heightened concerns about risks and returns. For the green transition along the Belt and Road, blended finance offers not only a fresh perspective on mobilizing capital but also the potential to transform perceived barriers into scalable and replicable opportunities.

The upcoming seminar will be organized by the GIP Working Group on Green Financial Product Innovation (WG3), co-chaired by Standard Chartered Bank and Industrial Bank, with support from Deloitte. It will convene representatives from multilateral development banks, commercial banks, asset managers, think tanks, and research institutions. The discussion will focus on the latest trends in blended finance, its core mechanisms, and practical case studies. It will also explore the key challenges and possible breakthroughs, helping GIP members better understand and capture the opportunities that blended finance can bring.
